1. Birth Certificate 2. Immunization records
3. Custody paper (if applicable)
4. VlSA/Passport (if applicable)
5. Final report card from the previous year (except Kindergarten)
6. Student Social Security card
7. Proofs of Residence
Lease agreement w/the parent on the lease and children
Driver's license with the current address

A Parent to Parent: From the West Bank Parent Advisory Council
Good communication is an important parenting skill. Whatever the age of the child, good communication is the key to building self-esteem as well as mutual respect. The following information provides useful tips for parents on how to communicate effectively with your children. Be available to your children when they are most likely to talk. When a kid has spoken, that is the right time to talk, so stop what you’re doing and listen. Learn about their interests such as music and movies, even if you don’t agree with them because they are great talking points. Don’t interrupt your children when they are talking to you. Give them some time to explain their opinion even if you think you know what they’re going to say. Be sure to soften your reactions even if you strongly disagree with what they are saying, otherwise they many never say what is truly on their minds. Don’t forget to compliment your children. Praise builds confidence and reinforces communication.
